1.Prostate Cancer:

In male reproductive system diseases prostate cancer occurs in prostate-small walnut shaped gland in men that produces seminal fluid. It grows slowly and is initially confined to the prostate gland and cause serious harm.

Signs and Symptoms:

Prostate cancer may cause no signs and symptoms in earlier stages however, in advanced stages it may cause some symptoms:

  1. Trouble urinating
  2. Decreased force in stream of urine
  3. Blood in semen
  4. Bone Pain
  5. Discomfort in pelvic area
  6. Erectile dysfunction

2.Testicular Cancer:

In male reproductive system diseases testicular cancer develops in testes, that may include a lump in the testicle or swelling or pain in the scrotum. Treatment may result in infertility.

Signs and Symptoms:

  1. Lump or enlargement in either testicle
  2. Feeling of heaviness in scrotum
  3. Dull ache in abdomen and groin
  4. Sudden collection of fluid in scrotum
  5. Pain or discomfort
  6. Enlargement or tenderness of chest
  7. Back pain

3.Enlarged Prostate or BPH:

In male reproductive system diseases BPH is a benign noncancerous enlargement of prostate that blocks the flow of urine through urethra. The prostate cells gradually multiply creating enlargement and pressure.


Signs and Symptoms:

  1. Weak or slow urinary system
  2. Feeling of incomplete bladder
  3. Frequent urination
  4. Continued dribbling of urine
  5. Urgency to urinate
  6. Straining to urinate
  7. Blood in urine
  8. Urinary tract infection

4.Erectile Dysfunction:

Erectile dysfunction is inability to get or keep erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse. It is mainly because of erection process problems, which gain high blood flow towards penis.

Signs and Symptoms:

  1. Reduced interest in Sex
  2. Premature Ejaculation
  3. Delayed ejaculation
  4. Anorgasmia
  5. Anxiety
  6. Trouble in keeping erection
  7. Smoking
  8. Lack of self confidence

5.Undescended Testicle:

Cryptorchidism occurs when one or both testicles do not descend into the scrotum while the fetus is developing.

Signs and Symptoms:

  1. Least common location for undescended testicle in abdomen
  2. Testicle has moved into inguinal canal but not for enough to be detectable by touch
  3. Atropic and absent, testicle is very small or never formed

An enlargement of veins around loose bag of skin that hold testicles commonly cause of low sperm production and decreased sperm quality.

Signs and Symptoms:

  1. Vary from sharp to dull discomfort

  3. Worsen over the course of day
  4. Be relieved when you lie on your back
  5. Impaired infertility

Prostatitis:

Prostatitis is a disease of male reproductive system in which inflammation of prostate gland occurs. Prostate is a small gland which is present between bladder and penis. This gland plays its role by producing a fluid which eventually get mixed with sperm and produces semen. Prostatitis is a painful condition.

Signs and symptoms of prostatitis:

  • Pain around testicles, anus, penis
  • Difficulty in urination
  • Blood in urine
  • Urgent urination during night
  • Frequent urination
